Speaking

Bring "Moving from Coping to Capacity" to your room.

Helen's signature keynote pairs a grounded talk on the real cost of coping with a live, guided energy reset, so the room doesn't just hear the work, it feels it. Built for rooms of high-achieving women running on empty.

What a Room Walks Away With

What changes for the people in the room.

The Real Cost of Coping

Why fight, flight, freeze, and fawn look different in a boardroom than in the wild, and what they're quietly costing your best people. Attendees learn to name the pattern instead of just managing around it.

The Body as Instrument

Practical, teachable tools, including a simple body-based "second opinion," attendees can use immediately to trust their own signal again, long after the room empties out.

A Live Energy Reset

Helen guides the whole room through an energy reset in real time. It's the part attendees tend to talk about afterwards, because they feel the shift from coping to capacity in their own bodies.

Signature Keynote

Moving from Coping to Capacity

An energy reset for women who carry everything.

Every woman in the room is excellent at keeping the balls in the air, without asking for help, without letting it show. This keynote names what's actually being carried, the visible roles and the invisible weight underneath, and walks the room through why willpower was never the fix.

From there, it moves into the body: how coping mechanisms show up in daily life, what the body has been keeping score of, and how to build enough trust in your own signal to stop overriding it. The talk closes with a live, guided energy-clearing experience, so attendees leave having experienced the shift from coping to capacity for themselves.

About Helen

27 years reading rooms. Now she works at the level where things actually change.

Helen spent 27 years as an HR Executive in Financial Services, known internally as "The Dot Connector" for her ability to see the pattern underneath what was being said. In 2022, she turned that same pattern-recognition toward the body, the energy, and the voice, and now works as the founder of Claris Vox, helping high-achieving women reclaim what coping has been costing them.

She brings that same pattern-recognition to the stage: naming what a room is quietly carrying, and giving them tools, and an experience, to put some of it down.
