About Helen

I see what you can't see - and I help you change it.

Helen Armstrong is the founder of Claris Vox. Her work moves beneath performance, beneath insight, beneath the part of you that has been trying to think your way out of something that lives in the body.

There was a girl who felt everything deeply, who sensed what was underneath what was being said, who was vivid and perceptive and alive in ways that didn't always fit. She learned, the way most girls do, to manage that. To lead with what was useful and keep the rest carefully out of sight.

She got very good at it.

27 years of holding it all together
at any cost

Helen spent 27 years as an HR Executive in Financial Services, known as "The Dot Connector" for her ability to see what others missed: the hidden pattern, the emotional architecture, the thing underneath what was being said. But the deeper gift stayed managed, private, and carefully contained.

All the while, she was already doing the deeper work — moving through layers of conditioning, shame, and ancestral patterns that had accumulated over a lifetime of containing herself. As those layers lifted, something that had always been there began to return. In the middle of an energy healing training, her voice came forward in a way she had never before allowed: not speaking, not singing, but transmitting — healing frequencies and tones that moved through her and into the room. She had carried shame about her voice since childhood. What happened that day was not a discovery. It was a homecoming. A gift that had been waiting beneath everything she had been taught to contain.

Her father's passing in 2022 was the final permission. Not to become a healer — she already was one. But to stop living as though she wasn't.

Today, Helen is the founder of Claris Vox. Her work is not coaching, not therapy, and not performance. It is the work of returning a woman to herself — at the level where things actually change.

She was the bridge.

Corporate. Data-driven. Trained to trust what could be measured. Also pulled toward energy, healing, intuition, and the invisible architecture beneath every room.

She does not ask you to abandon the rational mind.

She asks you to expand it. The body has been keeping a record. The voice has been carrying a frequency. The work listens where the mind cannot reach.
